industry, often handmade . It takes care of the old process of elaboration and equality , and often does not respond to commercial purposes but to a kind of generational family pride.
It is produced on the south coast of Peru, providing employement to 2000 families. Since 2008 it is the first exporter of spirits of this type. The pisco sour
is the most traditional prepared with pisco. Pisco, our flag beverage, was exported in this period for US 471 thousand dollars growing in 38%, mainly to the United States wich accounted for 48%
